the current layout

All you would like to know about the current design (version 8.0, .crystallis), and probably more you don't want to know. Also, credits and resources are listed here.

version 8.0: .crystallis

The mock-up of this design (which, by the way, is meant to be read "period crystallis") took me one day to make, the stylizing took another day, and then actually applying it to the PHP code took all of the third day. It basically kept me occupied from 10AM each morning to 3AM each night for three days to finish it off...but it's worth it, don't you think? It's certianly a lot more complex than any other layouts I've made- its closest equivalent would be premade designs 52 and 53 (the two versions of Artisan). And it is image-intensive, but not much more than version 7.0. (20 KB more, to be exact.) Overall, I'm pretty happy with the more professional feel.
