Usage of this site and/or any of its materials indicates compliance with the terms of use denoted below.

overall:

  • The graphics provided should only be used to fulfill their original function. Thus, designs as designs, avatars as avatars, and so on.
  • Do not reproduce any part of this site.
  • Do not redistribute the graphics.
  • If you use anything from here, please give a noticable link back to nonvideriDesigns.

designs:

  • Don't alter the images, unless it is to add your site name somewhere.
  • If any extras come with the design, follow the rules for those types of graphics listed in the sections below.
  • The coding of the design is to remain the same as was provided you.
  • The link to nonvideriDesigns is to remain intact on all pages of the design. No exceptions.
  • Don't copy the design (i.e. just change the image and the colors) and claim it as yours.

avatars:

  • You are only permitted to add your name/site name to an avatar/button. Beyond that, you may not further alter the image.
  • Don't use the avatars/buttons to create templates.

wallpapers:

  • Don't dissect the wallpapers. They are only to be used as a desktop adornment.
  • You may resize the wallpapers to accomadate your resolution.

brushes:

  • Don't use the brushes to create other brushes.
  • Don't 'mix and match' the brush sets and redistribute them as your own set.

transparent images:

  • Almost no restrictions, save the ones mentioned in the 'Overall' section.
  • However, don't forget to credit!
